Interior fit-out for offices and commercial buildings
We make the pantries, reception desks and storage walls that make an office work. Not million-euro project fit-out, not a handyman hanging a kitchenette, but made-to-measure joinery for jobs between 5,000 and 40,000 euros. Exactly the size that is too small for the large fit-out firms and too big for a handyman.
- Pantry from 9,500 euros, storage wall from 2,450 per metre, excluding VAT on invoice
- We work evenings and weekends, so your people keep working

What is different from private clients
You get a quote based on your floor plan, not after an hour-long measuring appointment. We measure afterwards to check the drawing. We work evenings, weekends or during a holiday closure, so your people keep working. And you get an invoice with payment terms, no deposit up front.
Several rooms in one schedule
Four meeting rooms, a pantry and an archive wall do not have to mean four rounds of disruption. We plan it in one block, measure it in one round and deliver in one delivery. That saves you time and us transport, and it is in the price.
For contractors and property managers
Do you hand over offices or manage buildings? Then you are our fastest client: you know what you want, you supply a floor plan and we keep to the date. For repeat work we agree prices per metre, so you know in advance what a floor costs.
What we do and do not supply
We supply the wall, the niche, the reinforced mounting board, the cable duct with draw wire, the base cabinets, the slat panels and lighting connected to an existing socket. We do not supply: the screen, the bracket and its fitting, AV equipment, network cabling, new sockets or circuits, and water and gas connections. For those you work with your own AV partner and installer, or we bring in ours; that is named in the quote with the rate.
What we need from you before production
For a meeting room wall: the make and model of the screen, the bracket model and the required height of the centre of the screen. Those three determine where the reinforcement board goes, and that sits behind a closed wall afterwards. If any of the three changes after the drawing is approved, adjusting it is extra work and we say so in advance.
How it starts
Send your floor plan or a few photos with the dimensions. You receive a quote with a fixed price and a date within two working days. Then we come to measure to check the drawing, and from approval it is three to four weeks.

Give us a call. Within five minutes you know what your cabinet costs.
The estimate above is a range, because we have not seen your wall yet. On the phone we ask three questions and then you get a price you can count on. No sales talk, no emails back and forth.
- A price within five minutes instead of a range
- Planning benefit of up to 250 euros if you are flexible on the installation day
- A measuring appointment straight away, usually within three working days
Available on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays until 17:00.
That planning benefit is not a sales trick. If we are already working in your neighbourhood that week, it saves us travel time and half a day of setting up. We pass that saving on, up to 250 euros. Tell us on the phone that you are flexible with the date and we will see what fits the schedule.
Frequently asked questions
What does an office pantry cost?
A four-metre pantry starts at 9,500 euros excluding VAT, a six-metre one at 13,450. That includes tall units to the ceiling, base units with drawers, a stone-look worktop and installation. Connecting water and power is not included.
What does a storage wall cost per metre for a commercial building?
From 2,450 euros per metre excluding VAT, floor to ceiling, with doors or open, adjustable shelves and a lock where needed. For several floors we fix the metre price so you can budget per floor.
How long does an office fit-out take?
Three to four weeks from approval of the drawing to installed. You get the quote within two working days of receiving the floor plan, and we schedule the measuring visit within a week.
Can you quote from a floor plan?
Yes. Send the floor plan with dimensions and a few photos and you have a quote with a fixed price within two working days. We measure afterwards to check the drawing before production starts.
Do you work outside office hours without a surcharge?
Yes, when planned in advance. Evenings, weekends or a holiday closure cost nothing extra with us, and in an occupied building that is often the easiest solution.
Can you do several floors or buildings at once?
Yes, and it is cheaper. One measuring round, one drawing, one delivery and installation per floor on the dates you specify. That saves disruption and transport, and we pass it on.
How does invoicing and payment work?
On invoice with a fourteen or thirty day term. Above 15,000 euros we work in instalments: on order, on delivery and on completion. No deposit up front as with private clients.
What happens if the handover date moves?
We fix the installation day in the quote and keep to it; for every working day we are late you get 100 euros off, up to 1,000 euros. If you move the date, we reschedule at no cost provided it is at least five working days in advance.
Can you work with our contractor or project manager?
Yes. We take the joinery, align the schedule with the main contractor and provide one contact person. Structural work, ceilings, floors and building services stay with them.
Do you do maintenance and changes afterwards?
Yes, at an hourly rate: adjusting hinges, replacing a front, changing a layout or relocating a cabinet during a reconfiguration. Ten years warranty applies to construction and hardware.
Can you build a meeting room wall with a screen?
Yes. A wall with a niche sized for a screen up to 75 inch, a reinforced mounting board, a cable duct to a closed base cabinet, acoustic slat panels and lighting. From 9,250 euros excluding VAT for 3.2 metres, with storage from 12,400 for four metres.
Do you fit the screen yourself?
No. We make the wall suitable for a screen up to 75 inch, with a reinforced mounting board at the height you specify. The screen and the bracket are fitted by your AV partner, who also warrants that work. That way it is clear who is responsible for what.
Do slat panels help against echo in a meeting room?
Yes, that is exactly what they are for. A large meeting room with a hard floor and a glass wall echoes, and you hear that in a video call. Acoustic slats across the screen wall dampen it noticeably and give the room depth at the same time.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes, and without a surcharge if it is planned in advance. For a pantry or a desk that is often the easiest solution: empty on Friday evening, ready on Monday morning.
Can you quote from a floor plan?
Yes. Send the floor plan with dimensions and a few photos of the space and you have a quote within two working days. We measure afterwards to check the drawing before production starts.
How does payment work?
On invoice with a term of fourteen or thirty days, as agreed. For jobs above 15,000 euros we work in instalments: on order, on delivery and on completion.
Do you supply fire-rated or acoustic materials?
Acoustic slat panels are standard for us. Fire-rated versions are possible, but that is ordered material with a longer lead time; we name that in advance with a date.
Do you also do maintenance afterwards?
Yes. Adjusting hinges, replacing a front or changing a layout is charged at an hourly rate. On construction and hardware we give a ten-year warranty.
Do you work across South Holland?
Yes, from The Hague and Delft to Rotterdam, Leiden and Westland. For larger jobs beyond that we come too, with travel costs stated in the quote.
