What data we process

For a price estimate or request: your first name, phone number, postcode, the sizes and choices of the cabinet and possibly photos of the space. Via WhatsApp: your phone number and the messages. For an order: your name, address, email address and payment details for the quote and the invoice.

What for

To answer your request, plan a measuring visit, make a quote and deliver and install the cabinet. And to meet our legal obligation to keep administrative records.

For how long

Requests without an order we keep for twelve months and then delete. Data for an order we keep for seven years, the legal term for administration. Warranty data ten years, as long as the warranty runs.

Who we share with

With no one for commercial purposes. We do share with parties needed for the service: our hosting provider for the form, WhatsApp for messages, and our accountant for the administration. Processing agreements are in place with these parties or they fall under their own privacy terms.

Measurement and cookies

This site places no cookies for advertising or statistics without your consent. If you consent via the notice at the bottom, we use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure which ads lead to requests. You can withdraw that choice at any time via the link in the footer.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Send a message to [email]. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
