New tenant in the building: joinery within three weeks
A tenant change has a hard date: the new tenant wants to move in. Everything that has to happen before then is under time pressure, and joinery is usually last in line. So we plan backwards from your handover date and fix it in the quote, with a discount per working day if we are late.

Counting back from the handover date
Give us your date and we count back: installation, production, approval of the drawing, measuring. With a three to four week lead time that means contacting us about five weeks before handover. If it is tighter, say so straight away; with the standard finishes we can often manage two weeks.
What a new tenant usually wants
Their own pantry, a desk or reception point in their identity, storage walls for archives and materials, and partitions that turn an open floor into a few workable rooms. In almost every case the same list, and that is exactly what we supply as standard.
Who pays what
Often you share the cost with the tenant, or it sits in a tenant contribution. We invoice whoever places the order and can break the quote down per item, so you can make that split easily.
Fitting out for international tenants
Many tenants in The Hague, Delft and Leiden are international. Our quote, the measuring visit and the handover can be entirely in English.
What we do not do
No water, gas, electrics or building services, no ceilings and floors. We supply the joinery in wood and board and align our schedule with your contractor.

Frequently asked questions
We have a hard handover date, can you meet it?
We fix the installation day in the quote. For every working day we are late you get 100 euros off, up to 1,000 euros. That only lapses if you move the date.
Can you hand over at the weekend?
Yes, and at no surcharge when planned in advance. With a tenant change that is often the easiest solution.
Can you split the quote between owner and tenant?
Yes, per item and per room, so you can make the split without extra calculation.
What if the tenant changes their mind?
Until the drawing is approved anything can change. After that it goes into production and changes are extra work; we say so in advance.
Do you work in English?
Yes. The quote, the measuring visit and the handover can all be done in English.
